Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury vacation home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two people, by the tiled stove, at breakfast on the terrace and in the pavilion with lake views. In addition, 2 children can sleep in a bunk bed in a separate room. The extra bedding will be charged extra. We will be happy to inform you of the costs on request. The small kitchen is functionally simply equipped with everything you need.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
