New, cozy and comfortable private villa. The villa finished in October 2023. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. From the windows you can see a beautiful Lapland forest landscape and if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights directly from the window. Nice routes for outdoor activities and you can go snowshoeing in the forest directly from the backyard. The villa offers snowshoes for 2 people. Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.
