Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

Well-equipped and child-friendly house (130m2). The warm atmosphere of the house is completed by a traditional Finnish sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. Toys, board games, and sleds etc. keep little ones happily entertained indoors and outdoors. The house is located in a quiet suburb, near nature. A grocery store and a bus stop are approx.5 min walk away. There is a short distance to the city center (approx.7 minutes by car). Approx. 15 min by car to Santapark, Santa Claus Village, and the airport.

New, cozy and comfortable private villa. The villa finished in October 2023. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. From the windows you can see a beautiful Lapland forest landscape and if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights directly from the window. Nice routes for outdoor activities and you can go snowshoeing in the forest directly from the backyard. The villa offers snowshoes for 2 people. After outdoor activities, you can relax in the Finnish sauna! Warm welcome!

A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. Here at vacation home you may see Northern lights from August to end of April.. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.
