Paid indoor parking space available with advance booking. The apartment is on the fifth floor. View of the lake from the living room and the glazed balcony. Sauna and 2 full bathrooms. In the second bedroom, there is a double bed. The second bedroom has a 120-cm bed. There used to be a dog in the flat; pets are now not allowed.

In summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As our guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the cosy surroundings of our small house (40 m²). From the motorway, you can reach our property by car in a few minutes; we are 3.5 km from the centre of Jyväskylä.

Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.
