Guest house at the Arctic Circle

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

Vierasmaja kahdelle

It's easy to relax in this unique and peaceful getaway. Two adults stay in a guest house in the yard of our home on a sofa bed. Location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. A short trip to the ski slopes and slopes. Bathroom with two showers and private toilet. From the window of the wood-burning sauna, you'll admire Ounasvaara. Refrigerator and kettle in the apartment. No cooking option. For an additional fee (€100/day), you can access the outdoor hot tub bubbles for observing the aurora borealis.

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Atmospheric and quiet guest cottage in a peaceful area close to Rovaniemi city center. The property has its own entrance, a small kitchenette, a cottage, and a private sauna. The cottage is well suited for couples and families. The living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in the cottage. The bathroom was renovated in the spring of 2025. The fireplace may only be used with separate permission from the host. No smoking indoors. No pets.

Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet.
