Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to garden with fireplace living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
