This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

The apartment is newly renovated and offers direct access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathtub. Towels and hair dryer are provided. In the bedroom there is a new box spring bed and a sofa bed. The living room is spacious with a large couch and a living room wall with a TV. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The refrigerator is filled with a small selection of drinks that you can purchase according to the price list.

Our vacation home welcomes you in the Upper Bavarian Forest - also ideal for hikers and cyclists. The nearby forest offers you the opportunity for leisurely walks. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).
