Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 m², very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.

Newly renovated apartment, lovingly decorated and designed, a mix of Space Age and minimalism. Breathtaking sunsets and sky moods, even with Alpine views in clear weather. The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve.
