A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.

The small apartment has a cozy living room with corner bench, mini kitchen and couch. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably on new mattresses. In another room is a bunk bed with space for two small guests. And from your large southwest terrace you can look out over the Zellertal mountain panorama – the long evening sun in summer is a dream!
