The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Enjoy our little annex in our backyard! Small private guest house of just under 40 square meters with its own entrance, parking and terrace. The small house is equipped with the most basic things - and you can borrow a baby bed and high chair, small gas grill and buy laundry etc. Please note that the bed (140x200 cm) is inside an alcove, so you have to get into the bed from the foot end... It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
