Cozy one-room studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in tile with exposed beams as well as spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. Private toilet and bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with crockery, fridge ( no freezer), microwave, airfryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between planters and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street in Sorø in a 40 km/h (25 mph) zone.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

But our guests say it's worth the climp :-) You find all necessities so don't think about boring stuff such as towels and shampoo, and we provide you with coffee, tea and a small welcoming treat. It's in a great hood, you can walk everywhere from the apartment, but there’s also lots of transport links if you prefer. Because of exposed old beams, the appartement is not dust-free.
