In leafy yet central location Heiligenhaus we offer in a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house friendly guestrooms within easy for 1 max. 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy home with lots of comfort!

Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Beautiful apartment in the historic heart of Rating

The 2-room apartment with 55sqm is located at the upper end of the pedestrian zone in the heart of the historic old town of Ratingen. It is located on the high ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), whose upper floors are privately occupied. All windows have shutters and are not visible from the street. The bedroom is facing the courtyard and is nice and quiet. The apartment has just been renovated and is in absolutely mint condition.

Very nice, quite and luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms (each 2.00 x 1.80m boxspring bed) and one add. bedroom with a sofa bed. One bathroom (walk in shower, WC) and one separated WC. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Two balconies. WIFI high speed internet (up to 100 MBit/s). Around 10-15 min driving to the Messe and 10 minutes to the airport. Private Parking for one car.
