The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

It is located on the high ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), whose upper floors are privately occupied. All windows have shutters and are not visible from the street. The bedroom is facing the courtyard and is nice and quiet. The apartment has just been renovated and is in absolutely mint condition.
