The house is in a well-served area, restaurants, pharmacies, pubs, parks, bars, and bus stops are just a few minutes away. The house has a living area of 30 m2 with kitchenette, bathroom, sofa bed, a queen size bed, and a double bedroom, on a mezzanine, of 25 m2. There is also a small balcony with a relaxation area and laundry room of approximately 7m2.
