IL TRULLO DI NINNO

The trullo is surrounded by more than eight thousand meters of land bordered by the classic dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean scrub fill the view even from inside the pool. It's a great place to rejuvenate, rest, and stargaze. It's our summer home, but we rent it out every now and then. It is located in the magical Valle d'Itria: Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martinafranca are ten minutes away. With a few more people, you can reach the sea of Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Guaceto.

In the Apulian countryside, a detached house among centuries-old olive trees ideal for a couple, consisting of: living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom and bathroom. Relaxation between pool, ancient olive trees and Adriatic coast! The modernized and extended historic farmhouse is located between Ostuni and Carovigno. The sea can be reached in <= 20 minutes. Plenty of privacy on about 4,500 square meters of private enclosed property, but still not secluded. Carovigno can be reached in 10 minutes. Gastronomic and cultural highlights are in the immediate vicinity. Wonderful sea views from the kitchen and from the large roof terrace.

Recently refurbished (2020) tiny house perfect for a couple. The house is located in Specchiola, the perfect hub to reach deep Salento and amazing towns of Valle d'Itria. Specchiola is the right place for those who are looking for beaches and a mix of cultural places visits. Located 10 mins driving by Brindisi Airport, we strongly recommend renting a car in Brindisi and enjoy awesome places around.
