Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. ° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home.
