Mirabilia-Storico apartment in medieval building a stone's throw from the Duomo

Experience the history between the walls of this well-kept apartment with furnishings from the 700s, barrel vaults, terracotta floors and works of art, without sacrificing modern comfort and some contemporary design pieces: a combination that will make you sick. The living area includes the kitchen (equipped with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, pots and crockery) and the living area with sofa bed(160x200cm) and TV. The furnishings between 1700 and contemporary design include, among other things, an 18th century corner lamp, a Louis Philippe bookcase,a Louis XVI lacquered column furniture, 4 Plia design chairs,a Bach floor lamp that together with the paintings make the environment authentic and unique. The room has a double bed (140x200 cm), while the bathroom has a shower (70x90 cm), toilets, a washing machine. Two large windows with acoustic windows, mosquito nets, darkening curtains and armoured shutters overlook a pretty square dating back to the mid 1200s, which guarantees the house peace and quiet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump and heating. Our guests will have access to all areas of the house. Our guests can count on availability both on site and at a distance. Depending on their needs, we can share some moments of their stay or guarantee a discreet availability. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area in the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, and not far from the Ponte Vecchio and the Mercato di San Lorenzo. The house is located in the oldest part of the city, a step away from the Roman decumanus, and is located in a medieval building of which some architectural elements are still visible such as an arch fragment, jambs in serene stone and brick vaults. The location guarantees to live the historic center of Florence in the fullness of its beauty and its liveliness. The apartment was completely restored in September 2018 and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the top floor of one of the oldest buildings in the area ,and for this reason it enjoys a terrace overlooking all of Florence at 360°. Its central position allows you to experience Florence in all its facets both from outside and from inside the apartment. It is composed of a very bright living area, 1 double bedroom with very spacious walk-in closet, and 2 single beds in the loft. In addition there are two very nice relaxation areas for their position. The bathroom with shower and window. Naturally the spent terrace will make you live something unique . It is also equipped with forklifts for the transport of luggage. The house is completely available to guests and on the 4th floor there are about 90 steps to do but in an easy way and then you luggage we will take care of it Someone will be present in person and will be available if needed The apartment is located in one of the most central and beautiful streets of Florence, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The area is lively and lived by day, very quiet at night and is also close to the shopping area. walking to Florence or public transport that will be happy to explain otherwise if you want to make long trips we will be happy to help you.
