The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom.
