Hello, Here you can book a new beautiful compact studio. In the middle of nature in the forest by the lake. It belongs to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, our artistically colorful restaurant. The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

Die Residenzstadt Neustrelitz ist ca. 30 km entfernt, ebenso Rheinsberg. Ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Straße mit Parkmöglichkeiten. The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated house in the center of the old town.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
