Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The area invites you to hike and cycle or you can enjoy the tranquility on the large terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Arriving by car is definitely recommended. In addition to 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet, there is also a small garden incl. terrace area, as well as 2 parking spaces. All rooms are level and easily accessible with a wheelchair. Free Wi-Fi, 2 LED TVs with Netflix and Prime Video are also available.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
