Palazzo Maltecca Apartment CIR015146-CNI-01662

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a very charming Lombard Baroque-style building, and is completely renovated. The floors are in marble cast in mosaic or wood decorated with inlays, there are vintage chandeliers, stucco and original wood paneling of the house completely renovated. The square footage is very large and comfortable. The apartment consists of: a large double living room with TV connected to super fast fiber internet and a large and comfortable sofa, connected by an arch to the dining room with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen with table for 8/10 people, has induction burners, oven, dishwasher, is perfectly equipped and functional. There are four bedrooms. Two are double (one overlooking the very quiet internal courtyard and one on the street). The two single bedrooms (one overlooking the street and one on the courtyard) can be equipped with a single bed or two beds as needed. The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a spacious glass shower cabin, and wooden parquet flooring. The apartment is also connected, by means of a wonderful spiral staircase in decorated wrought iron, to a large tavern with a fully renovated bathroom, large glass shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.

The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia.
