Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

The Artist's House

Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Parquet and stone flooring, very well-kept furniture with contrasting elements between vintage and modern works by the owner artists.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen
