This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Apartment Hope and Happy Zentral-Ruhig-Anbindung

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Apotheke, Stausee und ein Freibad liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Drei Flüsse Stadt Passau mit der schönen Altstadt ist 4km entfernt. Der Bus ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 saniert und es befinden sich darin 5 Apartments.

Here, up to 2 people have space on 55sqm. Infants on request. The house with a total of 7 apartments is very central, as it is in the middle of the village. All attractions around Eging can be reached in a short time. All shopping facilities can also be reached on foot.
