Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

This downtown home is located in a newly renovated, listed house. It is spacious and stretches over two floors, has two bedrooms, office or children's room, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and guest toilet. The apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor can be reached over a centuries-old granite stone staircase, which was probably not part of the house, but a connection from the street to the cemetery beyond and higher.

The centrally heated bungalow has an area of about 72 m² and is intended for a regular occupancy of 2 people. External blinds have been installed throughout the bungalow. Towels and bedding are available. The terrace is equipped with seating for up to 4 people. It is very sunny on the terrace until the afternoon. Of course, there is also an umbrella. Each room is equipped with a mosquito net on at least one window.
