Delightful 90 sqm flat from the late 1920s, recently completely renovated, in a quiet residential area, only 8 minutes' walk from the centre of Merano, but quickly and easily accessible by car. It is also just a few minutes' walk from the railway station. It has two bedrooms, a bright living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and a car parking space. The flat and very well equipped and actually nothing should be missing.
