The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of quiet building and comprises: entrance hall, kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and window, two terraces, one of which has a view of the Arno River and the historians Lungarni. Ability to use a reserved parking space indoors. Internet WI-FI, TV, washing machine, linen (sheets and towels), heating, hot water, hair dryer and iron.
