Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Chalet appartato immerso nella natura dove godersi panorami spettacolari in completo relax o concedersi passeggiate più o meno impegnative lungo i sentieri che passano proprio fuori casa. Fornito di cucina completa, veranda, ampio solarium, zona pranzo interna ed esterna e salotto con tv. Nelle camere troverete la biancheria e le coperte. Nel bagno c'è la doccia, il bidet, i detergenti per l'igiene personale e le salviette.

Little Gem Holiday Chalet

Little Gem è una graziosa baita situata nella piccola località di Piazzaga è raggiungibile a piedi, posteggiando l’ auto nel paese di Torno, attraverso un panoramico sentiero di circa 30/40 minuti. Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone. Little Gem gode di una splendida vista sul Lago di Como, ideale per amanti della trekking, relax, pace.
