There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. Sitting on 1.3 acres, the property is home to gardens, a tidal creek, and happy hens! It is quiet yet centrally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The Spot

Close to Folly and downtown Charleston in an established and charming waterfront neighborhood. Very safe with two parks, one being a Civil war battle site, all surrounded by majestic live oaks, salt water marshes, creeks and rivers. There is wonderful bird watching as well as great fishing and crabbing. Surf is up at Folly Beach just down the road and downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive. The bed pictured is a queen size and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed.
