The generously and lovingly furnished apartment is only 20 minutes from the motorway connection and offers the perfect opportunity to relax, rest or to explore Passau, the Bavarian forest, Alps, Linz, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague. Culture, shopping, pharmacy, nature, reservoir, outdoor swimming pool - everything is in the area. Bus connections to Passau are very good during the week. There are fewer buses on the road at the weekend, but the city bus runs from Kastenreuth every 20 minutes.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Welcome to Ilzstadt. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. Passau's old town and various restaurants are within minutes walking distance. The Danube bike path passes directly past our accommodation. We also have a safe place for bikes. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for boat travelers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price 5€.
