*PURE NATURE* Forest cottage at the farmhouse in the countryside

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

It sleeps wonderfully in the up to 1.6m thick walls. Simply furnished, no tv. 50 steps to the front door. Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Das Appartment ist ein umgebauter Schuppen, erschlossen über eine steile Treppe. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Eingangsbereich im EG mit Kleiderschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

In the 75 sqm apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot and a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
