The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property there is a lookout with a distant view of the Rhine valley, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Our vacation home is far from the noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the Deutsches Weinstraße. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
