We're 1 kilometre away from our neighbour, and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. This isn't a luxury hostel, but if you're looking for total peace and quiet and a hiking paradise in the heart of stunning natural beauty, you've come to the right place! Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Sophies Villa

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

An apartment for romantics and nature lovers, which opens to a park- garden with huge, fragrant fir trees. The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Other double rooms are available in the main house.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have furnished the holiday homes the way we would want them for our own holiday. A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor sauna, a super comfortable box spring bed in the master bedroom, single beds in the other bedroom and a nice outdoor area with barbecue. We also provide you with electric bikes to explore our beautiful countryside.

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
