The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just 5 minutes' walk away that can be visited for a fee. Atmospheric and luxurious apartment in an authentic building.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

L'OUSTHALLET: A small house in the valley...

Quiet and silence... In the countryside, at the end of a cul-de-sac, small cozy and comfortable guest room, private entrance, in an environment where the only noises are the songs of birds and the wind in the trees. The room is really cozy, walk-in shower, toilet and kitchenette, all entirely private. (total area = 25 m²). Private pool to share with us in season.
