Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The property is located right on the Niederalteich exit. It's just a few kilometers to the large district town of Deggendorf. This is a separate in-law apartment with its own house entrance and 1 car parking space directly in front of the door. In the fridge you will find some salami, pickles, farm bread, butter, jam and some fruit for breakfast. A coffee machine with everything you need is also at your disposal.
