Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests.
