Cozy apartment in the Allgäu

Time out planned in the Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the second floor of our old cottage (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and are renovating piece by piece), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noises.

The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool and large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 5.11. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Lovingly designed apartments invite you to vacations or short breaks. Important to note The city of Füssen charges a tourist tax of €3.00 per adult per night (€1.50 per teenager). This will be charged in addition and is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.

The bedroom is a separate room . In the living area, there is also a sofa bed that can be pulled out and can accommodate 2 more guests (only at an extra cost). Playground and games room available in the hotel. Animals are not permitted.

The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom.
