Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." The lovingly furnished, sunny apartment with its own house entrance is located in a residential house directly on the Halfch. It has 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is best suited for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 provide ample space. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hobs, refrigerator and sink. Parking is possible on the property.

Unsere "Waldhütte" steht mitten im Fünf-Seen-Land und im Pfaffenwinkel. Sie ist das Richtige für Reisende die Ruhe suchen aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zu Ausflugszielen wie z.B. Schlösser, Seen, Berge oder die Stadt München wünschen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und mitten in der Natur!
