In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to the house is a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used on request, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance.
