Nice cottage with sea view and roof terrace.

Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 m from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy boardwalk. On the rooftop terrace of the cabin you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store it is about 800 meters. Utegym, padel court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C there is also bike rental. In southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivation landscape.

Cottage close to nature in Öland!

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Lovely cottage with stunning lake view and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Are you looking for a child-friendly holiday home with plenty of room for the whole family? Welcome to Djurstad! The house from late 1800 has ample room for the whole family and a large (shared) garden for both relaxation and play for the children. Eggs &vegetables can be bought after access. On the property, there are chickens, dogs, and calves. It has lovely walking paths and the sea just 900 m away. Kårehamn, with beach, restaurant and fish shop, is located about 9 km away. Very nice cottage with exclusive location in Mönsterås archipelago, rented weekly or upon agreement. The cottage is peacefully located with your own dock, large nature plot with the sea as your closest neighbor. The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to stay in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Cool, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired fireplace and TV. Fresh bathroom with washer/dryer. Possibility to hire less rowing / motorboat, canoe and kayak.

Situated in the centre of the beautiful coast village Djupvik on Öland, on the stone coastline "Stenkusten". The house is 250 metres from the sea. Unique location. Birders paradise. Sandvik, 7 km north. Borgholm 20 km south. The house is built for visits during the whole year. It has all amenities you could ask for, including a fire place, wifi, tv, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine etc. Secluded and large garden. Note, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons. 200-300 m from nature reserve with wonderful hiking trails, 5 km to shopping center and 12 km to Karlskrona centrum.

Norra Gårdshuset, with close to nature and swimming.

Renovated charming farm house on Öland. The house is located on the east side of Öland in the village Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Close to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärbybadet not more than a few kilometres away and only 15km to the bridge bracket and less than thirty miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
