Fresh house with large sun deck and glassed-in patio.

Fresh house of about 100 sqm and 100 sqm wooden deck. Glazed terrace. The house is located next to road 136 in the village of Rälla. Here it is close to Ica shop, Ekerum's golf club and about 1km to the swimming /sea. The house has two bedrooms, TV room/dining room, toilet with shower and kitchen on entre’level. Utility room, master bedroom, toilet, laundry room in the basement. Eight beds in total. There is a 1st shower in the house. 50” TV Free wifi throughout the house. Grill is available. 3000 sqm lovely garden, with plenty of space to park several cars.

Come and experience our amazing house. Enjoy the morning coffee with the sea sparkling outside. Fully equipped house with 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Large plot to enjoy or play on. Swimming at private dock 300 m from the house. Karlskrona can be reached in 20 minutes via car or commuter boat. Large awnings and AC provide comfortable temperature inside. Wifi, unlimited data. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue and roast stove. Bedlinen and towels are not included. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Newly built villa, with a rural location near Alvaret

Newly built villa with 3 large bedrooms, large living room with generous sofas, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and dining area with room for 6-8 people . The house is located in Kalkstad, a nice row village just a few miles from Färjestaden. A perfect location in the middle of Öland for those who want to explore both the north and south of the island. The plot with lawn and large trees is huge and there is room for both play and meals.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Located in the middle of Öland and extra close to Borgholm for shopping and restaurants, Borgholm castle for concerts, Köpingsvik for swimming as well as Ekerum for golf. Large house with two floors with large terrace close to the city center and several swimming areas. The exit to Ölandsbron is 1 km away. There are 3 bedrooms and 5-6 sleeping places. Two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location for the Ironman with close proximity to both competition area and track.

Stay in the countryside comfortably

Newly renovated house with fully-equipped kitchen in the back of our summer cottage. Large scenic plot surrounded by birches with bird life and regular greetings of deer. Great location for exploring Öland and Kalmar or why not relax in a quiet garden and comfortable cottage.
