Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.

Das liegt auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof in der Mitte Ölands umgeben vom Naturreservat Karum. Sandstrände sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Euer E-Auto könnt ihr problemlos bei uns laden. Wir haben Glasfaser, online arbeiten von hier aus ist kein Problem.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
