Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on large plot of land with very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, as well as final cleaning.

Spacious, modern villa with large garden set on a calm street on the edge of the ferry town. The terrace facing trees and meadows is a perfect place for barbecue dinners and evening baths in the jacuzzi. Within cycling distance there are beaches, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, living room and guest room downstairs. Three bedrooms, bathroom and living room upstairs. Guest house with bunk bed. Air mattresses if you are over 10 people. Large terrace with gas grill, jacuzzi, dining table and lounge area.

Lovely cottage with stunning lake view and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

In the courtyard there is a shared sun deck with pool and Jacuzzi. From the apartment it is 100 meters to the nice beach. To the apartment belongs to a glazed outdoor space and a patio. You have walking and biking distance to Borgholm. Free parking included. OBS! During low season (1 September-30 April) poll and jacuzzi cannot be used.

Southern Sweden country house on the river Emån on the outskirts of Fliseryd. The nearest places are Mönsterås (16 Km), Oskarshamn (22 Km) and Kalmar (44 Km). To the sea is about 10 km (straight line). A big supermarket is very close in the village of Fliseryd The winterproof house is quietly located on the river with its own jetty, surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course is just 10 minutes away. The house also has a cozy conservatory overlooking the river. Fishing no problem!
