Pool house in central Borgholm

Pool house right next to the family's house. Entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and stove. Bathroom with floor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels with the ability to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We take care of the cleaning after your visit. Centrally located, just 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. The pool is suitable for swimming/heated in July/August.

Close to the sea on both sides of the island Pool, tennis court, etc. are included in the rent via Tveta Fritidsby The house has a modern and comfortable environment. Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Cabin Gray near Djupvik

Here you can hang out with loved ones in this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for wonderful outdoor activities. This nice cottage is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and beautiful nature. The evenings offer fantastic sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. To Sandvik with, among other things, the year-round open shop, it is barely a mile. The rent also includes the possibility to charge your electric car.

Här erbjuds ett hus med stor trädgård och egen pool som ni själva har tillgång till. Njut av en fantastisk utsikt över både öländska alvaret och östersjön. 2.5km till närmsta restaurang och15km till närmsta butik, apotek, resturanger mm, 30km till större utbud med flera restauranger och butiker(köpcenter) 2.2km till havet där det sommartid finns en camping med liten butik, äventyrsgolf och lättare mat. Tyvärr lite varierande med hur stranden och vattnet ser ut där, 30min till flertal stränder.

Bo med egen pool och orangeri med underbar utsikt och nära till havet! Södra huset har ett stort vardagsrum/kök och badrum. I huset finns ett sovrum med 160-säng och ett sovrum med våningssäng en 140-säng och en 80-säng. Norra huset har en 160 säng och en bäddsoffa (140) i ett gemensamt utrymme med kök och ett badrum. Precis utanför finns Halltorps naturreservat med mysiga promenadslingor. Ett stenkast bort ligger Halltorps gästgiveri med restaurang och servering samt VIDA konstmuseum.

Poolen nu öppen och uppvärmd 28 grader. Fin lägenhet, Färjestaden Öland. Fullt utrustat badrum, komplett kök med bestick, glas, porslin, grytor, kaffebryggare mm. HDTV, Apple TV. Lakan, handdukar ingår. Tre sovplatser, dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa. Pool 5x10 meter. Stor terass, solstolar, gasolgrill och utemöbler. OBS! Enbart ni som hyr lägenheten tillåts att vistas/utnyttja lägenheten och poolområdet, inga gäster tillåts. Om dessa regler inte följs sker avvisning. Skötsel pool, onsdagar.

Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Här erbjuds en perfekt tillflyktsort för dig som söker rofylld avkoppling, naturupplevelser och närhet till stranden. Stugan är belägen på samma tomt som huvudbostaden. Modernt boende från 2022. Lugnt och fridfullt område med fina cykel- och vandringsleder. Endast 2 km till stranden. Härligt poolområde på tomten som ni har möjlighet att använda. Cyklar finns för utlåning.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Here you live comfortably and can be several families. There is a possibility to increase the accommodation with an additional five places in the guest house on the property. You have access to several bicycles that easily take you to the beach and shops, but also to Borgholm.

Villa on Öland with pool, outdoor spa & large terrace

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with a 20-minute walk to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and a beach. With about a 15-20 minute drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer from mid-May to September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
