The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage has a traditional Finnish tree sauna and a shower in the dressing room connected to the sauna. The cottage is a very traditional Finnish cottage, which has been slightly modernized. From the deck, a great view of the lake! The cottage has a traditional Finnish outdoor toilet, which is located in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!

The villa has two separate sections under one roof: the main side includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a workstation. The sauna wing features a wood-fired sauna, bathroom, and a third bedroom with another workstation—accessed via a covered terrace. Enjoy stunning sea views, relax in the outdoor hot tub (included). Ideal for both leisure and remote work.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
