Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There is plenty of space for children in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are paths and, in winter, sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki River. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! A studio apartment on the second floor at the end of a detached house. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the motorway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a Karup Design sofa bed (size 140x200). The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Book for 4–5 people; the beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/hour (the sauna is pre-heated and sessions are between 6 pm and 10 pm)
