A studio apartment on the second floor at the end of a detached house. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the motorway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a Karup Design sofa bed (size 140x200). The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
