A neat cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Haiku – a tiny house in Hailuoto

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5m2) tiny house in central village of Hailuoto. It breathes relaxation and peace, even though it's with others like it in a condominium. The shops are about 1.5km and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi 11 kilometers. You can also get there by public transportation. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and heats up with ecological wind power. Air source heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Sparkling detergents.

Saunatupa 2 + 2 vierasta

Tervetuloa yöpymään tässä uudehkossa, rauhallisessa saunatuvassa. Täällä voit rentoutua pehmeissä puusaunan löylyissä sekä yöpyä viihtyisässä tuvassa. Saunatupa on yhteensä 26m2. Tuvan puolella on parisänky, levitettävä sohva kahdelle, pieni pöytä ja jääkaappi sekä kahvinkeitin. Lisäksi kylpyhuone/wc, sauna ja terassi. Terassilla kaasugrilli. Hintaan sisältyy vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet sekä loppusiivous. Pihalla ilmainen pysäköinti. Sähköautonlataus mahdollisuus.(11kw) Veloitus 0,25€/ kWh.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

Atmosphere in the middle of Iijoki

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.

Omakotitalon päädyssä oleva yksiö toisessa kerroksessa. Ovessa koodilukko. Kohde sijaitsee Oulun Pohjois- puolella moottoritien varrella Oulun Ideapark:n läheisyydessä. Asunnossa parisänky sekä vuodesohva Karup design (koko 140x200). Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu mm. induktioliesi sekä integroitu tiskikone, jääkaappi ja pakastin. Kahvin-, ja vedenkeitin sekä mikroaaltouuni löytyvät aamiaiskaapista. Pesukone kylpyhuoneessa. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
