Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Sisäänkirjautuminen on helppoa ja kätevää, ei stressiä kiirehtiä tapaamaan isäntää avaimen saamiseksi. Sijainti on upea. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustan palveluista ja nähtävyyksistä. Pysäköinti on ilmaista illasta aamuun arkisin klo 18-8 välisenä aikana, ja sunnuntaina koko päivän. Muina aikoina vyöhyke 2 parkkimaksu (2e/t).

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.
