Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city.
