The unit is located in Oakland own entertainment district. There are restaurants, cafes, parks, theaters and high quality grocery stores. Transportation options galore, 19th street Bart multiple bus 🚌 lines, and convenient access to freeways that take you to Oakland Berkeley and San Francisco. Can be noisy especially in the morning during rush hour.

Super close to tons of state parks and yet just 15 minutes to San Francisco The unit has a private entrance, private bathroom and full equipped kitchenette. Recently upgraded internet. Dogs welcome.

Fully-equipped studio in victorian home

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Dogtown Oakland Suite

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.
