This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Recently renovated, with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.

A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.

The in law is entire lower level of home- approx. 950 sq. ft. It's private, sunny with own entrance and yard, facing undeveloped woods. Mornings & nights are great for patio or visiting at fire pit. A rustic, gravel path takes you to your door. Whoever books must be guest & we'll need photo of you! (not sunset or your pet cat!)
