Queen bed, sitting area, and small fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster (not a full kitchen). 6 steps to front door; 14 steps to the studio. All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio).
